Our Teachers

Before moving to Mexico to teach English, Donna owned and operated a successful small marketing agency. As the principal, she was responsible for all aspects of the business and served as the agency’s primary copywriter and marketing strategist.

Donna has a BA in English literature with a minor in Philosophy. She has excellent critical thinking, writing, speaking and management skills.

Lyn has a Ph.D. in mathematics and has worked as a college professor as well as in the finance industry performing predictive modeling using the most advanced statistical methods.

Lyn understands the ins and outs of the corporate world as well as being an excellent teacher and communicator.

Lyn and Donna are both experienced, certified ESL/EFL teachers and native English speakers.

General English

In our global society, English has become the universal language. Whether you need to learn English to communicate with co-workers and colleagues or simply want to learn it for travel and enjoyment, we can give you the skills you need to reach your goal. Our teaching strategies follow the Common European Framework (CEFR) for teaching and learning languages. Business English

As companies continue to expand overseas, English has become the primary language for communication. Whether your company is based in England, Germany or Japan, English is the common tongue for conducting business. Business English classes are structured to provide the basic tools for speaking, listening and writing in an online world. Writing in English

Our most popular class! Learn to write in a variety of forms — from letters to the editor and op-eds to reports and essays! Improve your grammar and style by reading and writing guided and instructed by a professional writer with more than 20 years of experience. On-Line English Classes 2024

Individual classes paid monthly are the most flexible way to continue learning English. Fees are based on calendar months. No placement test is required, and topics are varied based on the abilities and needs of each student. Classes can be instructional, conversational or a combination depending on the needs and desires of the student. Contact us for more information.

Monthly fees are due prior to each month. Make-up classes are only available with 24-hour notice from the student before the scheduled class time and must be taken within the same calendar month.

Level Courses A1.1-C2

While monthly classes give students more flexibility, Level Courses are the best way to ensure you are advancing at a consistent rate. These classes follow a curriculum that works toward objectives that meet the CEFR standards for each level. 

Level courses are 30 hours, 10 weeks at 3 hours per week.  Students will be placed according to a free placement test and interview assessment. Payment for each level is due in advance. All class materials will be provided. Contact us for more information.
